The Gates

The Gates is a luxury upscale neighborhood in southwest Columbia off Old Plank Road. As of 2023, lots are still being sold and developed in the area. Residents of this neighborhood will have the pleasure of enjoying a neighborhood pool, as well as several outdoor common areas. Just a short drive down Old Plank is access to the Missouri River with a wonderful view, as well as one of the longest trails in Missouri, the Katy Trail. Click here to find schools of attendance.
